Terms of Service

01Agreement#

These terms apply to metalytics.app and the Metalytics app. By using Metalytics you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you use Metalytics for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.

02Accounts#

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on it.
• Email aditya@metalytics.app right away if you think someone else has access.

03What Metalytics provides#

Metalytics helps marketing teams log ad optimizations, analyze Meta ad performance and build client reports. Figures come from Meta (read-only) or from files you upload, and can be delayed, incomplete or different from Ads Manager because of reporting delays, time zones or changes on Meta's side. Metalytics does not guarantee any ad result, sales or revenue.

04Fees#

Metalytics is currently free to use. Before any paid plan starts, its price, billing and refund rules will be published and become part of these terms.

05Acceptable use#

Do not use Metalytics to:

• connect or upload data from ad accounts you are not allowed to access;
• break a law, Meta's terms, or another person's rights;
• probe, overload, scrape or interfere with the service, or bypass its limits, sign-in or access controls;
• send malware or try to access another account or system without permission.

We may limit, suspend or close access that threatens the service or other users.

06Your data#

You keep your rights in the data you add or pull. You give Metalytics permission to process it only as needed to run, secure and support the service. You must have the right to use the client and ad account data you put into Metalytics.

07Our service#

Metalytics owns the service, its brand, interface and original content. You may use them only as these terms allow.

08Meta and other third-party services#

Metalytics depends on Meta for ad data and on other providers for hosting, sign-in and email. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible when a third party changes, limits, delays or ends its service, for example when Meta changes its API or permissions.

09Suspension and closing an account#

We may suspend or close an account for abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement or a serious breach of these terms, with notice when it is reasonable and safe. You can stop using Metalytics and ask for your account to be deleted at any time; see Data deletion.

10Disclaimers#

Metalytics is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every figure is complete, current or error-free. Metalytics provides software and data, not marketing, financial or legal advice.

11Limits on liability#

To the extent allowed by law, Metalytics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or business decisions made from data in the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Metalytics in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12Governing law#

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute by talking with you in good faith.

13Changes and contact#

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes; the "Last updated" date at the bottom will change, and important changes are announced before they take effect. Questions: aditya@metalytics.app.
